Our goal is to provide you with the relevant information to find a GTD app that best fits your needs.

There are a lot of applications out there, many with quite a few similarities, but it’s only here that you will see an extensive look into all GTD apps and be able to find one that works for you.

Much More to Come

The Mac App Comparison chart is not pretty (trust me, we’re fully aware), but our vision is to have a new chart to you soon that dynamically filters results based on what you’re looking for. So stay tuned – and be patient with us – because there is a lot more to come!

    Great list! Thanks.
Have you considered enabling user votes and comments? That would be super added value… there's nothing as the experience of using to tell us if the features are or aren't well impemented and easy to use. Also a “GTD – compability level” could be useful, because as we all now, we can implement GTD basically everywhere, even in a Excel Sheet, but the effort of adapting can be considerable in some of this tools (ex. clearcontext), and zero for others (ex. omnifocus).

Thanks for the awesome feedback goncalomata! We have a lot of very exciting things planned in the near future for GTD Reviews, and we are definitely going to be keeping your suggestions in mind.

How long have you been a GTDer? Do you currently use an application to make the process easier for you?

Cool list! I'm excited to see where you go with this.
